Very accurate and helpful information.I did not give it the 5 stars it would otherwise merit because it is difficult to preach the public to refuse vaccination, even if it means avoiding possible autism, chronic diseases leading to cancer and a host of degenerative diseases along the years, or stop eating meat for the exact same reasons.The sound advice of our #1 priority being to attending to the integrity of our immune system and avoiding stress is the easiest to follow in this book, and listing the food recommended for doing so more than welcome (keeping in mind that shopping at Wallmart and supermarket chains will provide GMO -then corrupted food.)The surprise was to learn that the magnetic field of simple electricity was disruptive for our body; the advice on avoiding cellular, wireless and microwaves is asking for a miracle in the 21st century.As a concerned physician Dr. Vernon Coleman does not disappoint in his enlightened advice.
